The appointment of Tracy Joseph as Head of Operations for BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions UK’s Equipment Logistics Division reflects the funder’s ongoing commitment to talent acquisition and service development.
In this role, Tracy will be responsible for the Partner Management & Funding Teams at the originations stage, plus the Customer Services for the management of all in-life contracts.
Tracy brings a wealth of experience in asset finance, 
earned over 25 years working with manufacturers, dealers and brokers. Most recently she held the position of New Business Originations Manager at Aldermore Bank. Tracy has a strong reputation for executing on customer needs, inspiring and developing her people and a mind-set of continuous improvement.
