Lauren is constantly evaluating customer service and pay out levels so the funding team can improve on a daily basis. The team is varied in experience but every single person in the business is friendly and helpful. Having a voice is important to Lauren. If you have an idea, or want to change how something is done, you are encouraged to talk about it and be heard.
Declan joined us just after university and now works in the reporting team analysing all overhead spend in the business. The most attractive part of the role was the study support which includes study leave and courses. For Declan, people make the job worthwhile. His team is fun, relaxed and very lively… especially for finance!
Andreina is responsible for answering queries by post, email and phone as well as some administrative work. Andreina’s team made her feel welcome from day one and they are constantly supporting each other. The quarterly social events are also a ‘must go to’ as you get to know people in the business in a relaxed environment.
