These appointments support the business’s continued growth ambitions and reinforce its commitment to delivering value to partners and customer across the region.
A new chapter for Equipment & Logistics Solutions
Tim Pulleyn has been appointed Head of ELS UK and Ireland succeeding Mark Richards, who has been appointed global Head of Wholesale, Retail and Business Development.
Tim brings extensive experience in commercial finance and asset-based lending, having spent over two decades in senior leadership roles within the financial services sector. Since joining BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions, he has played a key role in driving commercial performance, strengthening manufacturer and partner relationships, and supporting the business’s continued growth across the UK and Ireland.
In his new role, Tim will lead the continued development of the ELS business across the UK and Ireland. His priorities include accelerating digitisation, enhancing service delivery, and supporting the business’s long-term growth ambitions.

“I am delighted to take on the role of Head of ELS UK and Ireland. We have a talented team, strong manufacturer and partner relationships, and a clear ambition for growth. I look forward to building on our successes and working closely with colleagues, partners and customers to deliver innovative financing solutions that support businesses across the UK and Ireland.”
Strengthening partner sales
Parallel to this appointment, BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions is pleased to announce the appointment of Chloe Ashfield as Head of Partner Sales UK and Ireland.
With over 25 years’ experience at BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions, Chloe brings a wealth of sector-specific expertise and a strong track record of developing successful partner relationships. She previously served as General Manager of both Manitou Finance and Kubota Finance where she led business growth and strengthened strategic partnerships. In her new role, Chloe will be responsible for leading the partner sales strategy across the UK and Ireland, further supporting the company’s manufacturer, dealer and broker networks.
Chloe Ashfield, Head of Partner Sales UK & Ireland, Equipment & Logistics Solutions said:

“I am thrilled to be stepping into this new role, and I am excited to lead our partner sales strategy into its next chapter. Partnership is the cornerstone of everything we do, and our industry heritage allows us to evolve our market offering beyond standard finance. We will continue to redefine what a best-in-class partnership looks like, and I am determined to build upon our deep-rooted expertise to deliver a competitive advantage for every business we support.”
Supporting Growth Across OST and Healthcare
Following its continued focus on growth and sector expertise, BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions is proud to announce the appointment of Ian Swindell as Head of OST & Healthcare, effective 1 September. Ian’s expanded remit will bring together two strategically important areas of the business under a highly experienced leader with a strong track record of driving performance and building successful partner relationships.
Having spent more than ten years with BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions across two periods with the business, Ian has built extensive experience in asset finance, partner-led sales and leadership.
Under Ian’s leadership, the business will continue to focus on strengthening partnerships, supporting customers and building on the strong foundations already established across both teams.
For Ian, the role presents an opportunity to build on the momentum already created within both teams while continuing to deliver value for partners and customers.

“I’m excited to be stepping into this role and leading two talented teams with ambitious growth plans. The OST market remains a key strategic focus for TLS, while Healthcare presents exciting opportunities for innovation and expansion. I’m looking forward to working with our partners and colleagues across the business as we continue to grow, evolve and deliver value for our customers.”
