MAKING A DIFFERENCE REWARDS
We want all of our people to feel that they can make a difference to our business. With our transformation programme fully underway, there’s never been a more important time to get those innovative ideas heard.
Making a Difference (M.A.D) Rewards is an initiative that seeks to recognise and reward individuals that have come up with great ideas – whether it saves our business a few hours a month or enhances our customer experience, no idea is too big or small.
Each month five winners are selected by our transformation team. From this pool of winners, five individuals are crowned the ‘M.A.D winners of the year’ and are announced at the annual business conference, attended by over 300 people from across the company.
